Explore a solo exhibition of Markel Uriu, whose work investigates the narratives and rhetorics surrounding “invasive species” of plants and animals. This exhibition focuses specifically on the legacy of the starling, a European bird introduced to North America in 1890 on the grounds of the bird’s mention in Shakespeare’s play Henry IV. 

Markel Uriu will host a short talk and audience Q&A about the exhibit from 1:00 -1:20pm
