As Secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama, Napolitano oversaw the maturation of a relatively new department that was often the focus of national debate. Now one decade older, the debate has only intensified as a new president has tested the bounds of the agency, emboldening its Immigration and Customs Enforcement division and challenging the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that Napolitano put into place. Expect an honest assessment of her old workplace.
