Advisor to President Obama Valerie Jarrett Fireside Chat

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

A longtime personal advisor to the Obamas, Valerie Jarrett was on staff for the entirety of Barack Obama’s two terms as president. Yet, there is far more to glean from her life than the intimate details of the erstwhile first family. As told in her new memoir, Finding My Voice, Jarrett found purpose in the historic administration of Chicago mayor Harold Washington. She will talk about what she learned in those city hall years and, of course, the Obamas.
