America cages its citizens at a higher rate than any other industrialized nation -- but that doesn’t mean that every community feels the impact in the same way. In a conversation about our current state of incarceration, Dr. Jennifer Eberhart’s will bring her expertise on the biological nature of biases, while Emily Bazelon will show how those biases have shaped America’s criminal justice system.
